The Faculty of Education is concerned with providing training in Education Foundation Studies,
Curriculum and Teaching Studies (education methodology studies). Note that every student that
enrolls with DCE automatically belongs to the Faculty of Education. As such, in addition to the courses
in the programme of your choice, you will be required to study courses in the Faculty of Education.
In other words, the course in the Faculty of Education are compulsory in each year of study. The
faculty offers its courses through Education Foundations, Emerging and Inclusive Education, and
Teaching and Curriculum Studies Departments.
