Dr. Arkangelo Mtipe Yambeni

Dr. Arkangelo Mtipe Yambeni is an accomplished academic and education leader serving as the Principal of Domasi College of Education. He holds a PhD from the University of Aberdeen (United Kingdom) and a Master of Science in Education, also from the UK. His academic foundation includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) from Botswana and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Malawi. With extensive expertise in strategic leadership and distance learning, Dr. Yambeni is dedicated to strengthening institutional performance and advancing the quality of teacher education.

Mr. Francis H. Biziweck

A dedicated and student-centered educational leader with a strong passion for fostering academic excellence, personal growth, and holistic student development. With a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Teaching Studies from UNIMA. Mr. Biziweck brings a wealth of knowledge in educational leadership, student affairs management, and community engagement.

Adrian Chifundo Guwela

Adrian Chifundo Guwela is a seasoned higher education professional currently serving as the Registrar at Domasi College of Education. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Malawi School of Government and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Malawi (UNIMA), The Polytechnic. With a strong academic background in business and administration, Adrian brings valuable expertise in institutional management, governance, and administrative leadership within the higher education sector.

Chawanangwa Kumwenda

Chawanangwa Kumwenda is a Systems Analyst with a MSc in Computer Science from the University of East London and a BSc in Information Technology from the University of Malawi – The Polytechnic. In his role, he plays a critical part in analyzing, designing, and implementing effective IT systems that support DCE’s operational goals. With a strong foundation in both technical and analytical skills, Chawanangwa works closely with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with user needs and institutional strategies.
